All orders placed on rival9.com Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship the orders.

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.
For all U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. For “Next Day” and “2nd Day” shipping, your order must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to ensure next day or 2-day delivery. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends. However, please note, COVID delays through USPS due to volume and safety precautions could extend the window to 10 day

Rival 9 offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. Shipping rates for orders below $100 USD will vary based on destination and service level.
We also offer international customers the ability to pay for all import costs related to your order so that there are no surprises when your package arrives at your door.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Rival9 is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (FedEx or DHL). Rival9 does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
